We have established mutual trust with traditional Gopalaks as we’ve been engaged in Goseva activities in the Thar (India-Pak border) Region for 2 Decades also through written agreements with Gopalak families we ensure their commitment to producing pure Bilona ghee.

2) Training and Supervision
We provide training and ongoing supervision to Gopalak families to enhance the uniformity and hygiene of their traditional ghee making process.

3) Monthly Form Updates
We regularly update forms containing information on milking and non-milking cows each month before collecting ghee from Gopalak families.

4) Surprise inspection
We conduct surprise visits twice a month by area supervisors to verify the authenticity of cow numbers and the quality of the ghee-making process.

5) Optimal Ghee Collection
We collect ghee up to 70% of the potential yield based on the availability of milking cows in each Gopalak family
