Return

We have a NO-Return policy

Since the Ghee is perishable food item, whose packing needs to be opened for the usage, we don not accept returns. Our team hand pack your products to ensure safe (when used appropriately by anyone generally with no special medical condition that restrains the use of Ghee) product is delivered to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (With in 3 Hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original/convenient payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
